| 研究方向
主要围绕开发高效安全的精准编辑体系、并将该技术应用于农业育种及医疗领域等方面开展工作。以第一作者在国际上率先建立了适用于植物的引导编辑技术体系,并开发了多套提升该系统效率的全新方法,此外还开发了一系列基因组编辑新策略并应用于植物基因功能研究或分子育种,上述相关工作已申请多项PCT国际专利保护我国的知识产权。近年来以第一作者(含共同)身份在Cell、Nature Biotechnology(四篇)、Nature Protocols、Molecular Cell等国际权威杂志发表SCI论文10篇,累计影响因子超过350。
